Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains VoltiveAI’s refund and cancellation practices for subscription-based services and client engagements.
2. Scope
Applies globally to:
• Business clients subscribing to VoltiveAI AI automation and digital marketing services
• Services delivered via social media automation, AI agents, and analytics integrations
3. Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to fees paid for the most recent 30-day subscription period or contracted service term. Refunds will not apply to usage or data processing already completed by AI agents.
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice to VoltiveAI at voltaiveai@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically delete client data unless requested under Privacy Policy procedures.
5. Exceptions
Custom integrations or one-time services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed. Disputes will be handled per the Service Agreement signed with the client.
