These Terms govern your use of VoltiveAI services.

1. Service Description

VoltiveAI provides AI-powered sales agents and automation services for client-owned digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

2. Eligibility

Services are offered to business entities only. You must have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
• Collect data lawfully and obtain proper consent from end-users
• Comply with platform policies (Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Ensure messages sent via AI comply with applicable laws

4. AI Disclaimer

AI outputs are probabilistic. VoltiveAI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or conversion outcomes. Client oversight is recommended.

5. Intellectual Property

VoltiveAI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform and software. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

6. Payment, Refunds, & Cancellation

All fees and payment terms are set in the client agreement. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the signed service agreement or subscription terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

International legal principles apply. Jurisdiction is determined at the contract level.
